We've Arrived!

We can hardly believe it, here we sit behind Ian & Nadia's computer... enjoying their wonderful company and playing with their adorable kids! The day of travelling went well - we had a 4 hour lay-over in Port Moresby where we had the opportunity to see the Reformed Churches Bible college, and spend time with Wayne and Cheronne Vanderheid. Wayne picked us up between teaching his classes, showed us around Port Moresby, and then we spent time with their family. It was definately a cultural experience to see/smell/hear the sight and sounds in the city! We then had lunch and Noah had great fun playig with the Vanderheid & t'Hart children! After a long day of travelling we arrived last evening in Lae! It was so special to be reunited with the PNG Wildeboers!

Noah and Lucas are adjusting well, they are having so much fun playing with their cousins! They are both feeling better, we took Noah to a walk-in clinic in Cairns before we left where he got a nebulized ventolin treatment (he was quite wheezy), and some antibiotics for his chest infection. The weather is quite warm, and very humid - but tolerable! This morning Tim went to the church and helped with a work bee where he did some clean-up work and made a trip to the dump, quite the experience.

We are so thankful that the Lord has blessed us and brought us here to this beautiful country!
